Ecology of I is a twelve-week course in self-awareness, mindfulness, and everyday relationships, through Tao, Zen, and the Fool Method.
Do I have to be me all my life?
No. Depends upon what you call yourself.
Do I have to live the same story all my life?
No. Depends upon what you call a story.
Will I have the same parents all my life?
No. Depends upon what you call your parents.
Do I have to be a certain person to be happy?
No. Depends upon what you call a person—and what you call happiness.
Can I change my story?
Yes. There is no definite I, no definite story, no definite happiness.
How do I find out?
Join ECOLOGY OF I, a twelve-week course.

HOW CAN THIS COURSE HELP ME?
A twelve-week course
This course may be for you if you recognize any of these:
-
Anxiety and panic: Your mind keeps rehearsing what could go wrong. You want more room to notice what is happening now.
-
Low mood and depression: Everyday life feels heavy or distant. You want to explore what needs care, support, or a different arrangement.
-
Overthinking: One message becomes twenty possible meanings. You want to question the story before it takes over your evening.
-
Difficult relationships: The same arguments keep returning. You want to listen, speak clearly, and try a different approach to the conversation.
-
People-pleasing: You say yes, then feel exhausted or resentful. You want to express your needs and set boundaries.
-
Self-doubt and comparison: A mistake becomes a verdict on your worth. You want to learn from it without putting your whole self on trial.
-
Pressure and exhaustion: You carry too much and struggle to rest. You want to examine your pace, responsibilities, and the conditions around you.
-
Feeling stuck: “This is just how I am” has begun to feel like a closed door. You want to discover what else is possible.
Over twelve weeks, you explore these everyday scenes through the Flower Map, reflection and small theatre experiments. You build a personal Flower Map around what matters to you and what you want to practice.
This is an educational course in reflection and practice; it does not provide treatment for panic, anxiety, or depression.
